RENTAL RATES
- $25 per hour for members and $40 per hour for non-members. Any 4-hour rental will include a 5th hour at no charge.
- Set-up and close out time is built into reservation requests. The building will not open early for set up unless you pay for an additional hour.
- The rental fee includes using the building, community room, kitchen, and bathrooms. The rental agreement does not include West End Civic Association kitchen items such as stove/oven, plates, cups, utensils, and food items.
