Who We Are
The West End Civic Association was founded in 1947 by a passionate group of families in the Rebel Hill neighborhood of Gulph Mills, PA.
We are a non-profit community organization with 501(c) (3) status, with a long, proud history of serving the community and providing various programs that meet the surrounding area's needs.
Rebel Hill is home to a diverse community of all ages and nationalities, centered by a historic building that serves as a meeting place
and unifier for all its residents.
WHAT WE DO
