Focused on community-based goals. Including, but not limited to assisting West End Civic Association with ongoing plans to maintain and improve the quality of the playground and other facilities at the William Wall Memorial Park.

A minimum of 2 WECA members shall serve on thus committee. A member of this committee does not have to be a WECA member.
